Meredith Croyle

Meredith Croyle grew up in Waco and left to chase degrees and a career—first to Trinity University in San Antonio for psychology and business, then to LSU for a master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She spent over a decade in Luxembourg working in risk management and regulatory compliance for international financial institutions, building expertise in navigating complex systems and high-stakes decisions.

When it came time to raise her two children, Meredith knew she wanted them close to family and the community she loved. She moved back to Waco and found her way into real estate—a natural fit for someone who thrives on solving problems, managing details, and guiding people through major life transitions.

Meredith specializes in complex residential transactions: short sales, inherited properties, and divorce situations that require patience, precision, and a steady hand. She holds the Real Estate Collaboration Specialist – Divorce (RCS-D) designation and brings the same analytical rigor to real estate that she honed in her compliance career.

Meredith lives in Waco with her son, 14, and daughter, 11. The family are members of St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, and both kids attend Vanguard College Preparatory School after several years in Waco ISD. When she’s not working, Meredith can be found on the tennis court, in the garden, experimenting in the kitchen, or on stage at Waco Civic Theatre.

Reviews

We first met Meredith when we were considering the purchase of a home in Troy, Texas, to be closer to our daughter following an accident. She was so positive, helpful, and efficient, that two years later, when we decided we no longer needed the property, we immediately contacted her again for the continuation of her exceptional services.

The process of selling and/or buying a home had changed drastically in this period of time. We knew that if anyone could appropriately represent us in this new and difficult sales environment, it would be her!

At the end of May, the house was successfully sold at a very fair price, considering current conditions.

Meredith possesses many traits that prepared her for such a task, three of which warrant specific mention here. (1) She provided thorough and detailed strategies and planning for the sales process, with appropriate modifications as relevant and necessary for our project. (2) She continually monitored the situation with frequent updates and adjustments as determined by her research and continuing analysis! (3) My education and experience is mostly related to the Fine Arts, where being able to perceive and function ‘outside the box’ is not only desirable, but required for survival and success! When some aspect of her sales plan was not seeming to succeed, she was always eager to find and suggest alternative approaches to encourage enthusiasm and positive progress!

Meredith has earned our total confidence and appreciation for her work, and hope you will have an opportunity to experience her talents first hand !!!
